Check if there's a copy for sale. Most of the tracks are available on studio and compilation CDs.

In Brooklyn, On the Border, Clifton in the Rain and Soho (Needless to Say) are all on "To Whom It May Concern"
Flying Sorcery, Broadway Hotel, and of course, Year of the Cat are all from "Year of the Cat"
Palace of Versailles, Almost Lucy and Life in Dark Water first appeared on "Time Passages"
A version of Roads to Moscow is on "Live at the Roxy - LA 1981"
Antarctica is on "Last days of the Century"
